I have never been an individual who enjoyed the gym and was very all over the place when it came to my diet. I sometimes wouldn’t eat a thing all day thinking this was the way to maintain my weight and other days I would binge convincing myself that it was ok just for the day. FIT Sisters plans are easy to follow and manageable – The plans can fit around any high pressured job! I train 4 times a week for an hour and although my diet is full of goodness it allows me to have the odd treat and re-feed. I have been on every diet under the sun and would recommend this programme to anyone – each plan is tailored to you, your shape and your lifestyle

“When I met Kelly I was going to the gym but I wanted to take my progress to the next level. From the first day she gave me all the advise, nutrition and food that I needed to eat, also what I found very important was she gave me a training plan. I was finally having proper legs day – which you hear everyone talking about and you think what is that Now I have become a part of this dark circle of people that can’t walk for few days afterwards I have proper shoulders and back day and what I love the most is a butt day and yes sometimes you have problems with sitting down, but hey that means you can spend the whole day in bed Kelly during weekly checkins look at all the measurements and pictures, if something doesn’t add up she will always say what is the problem and adjustments will be put in place (sometimes that means more food!)

Food…I was one of these people that didn’t really eat loads and when I looked at my boyfriend and how much he was eating…well you think ‘how can he eat that much!’. Well I can tell you now you can! And you will think after most meals…how long until the next one Scales, another subject that I was very scared of, I knew that muscle is heavy and dense and you can look slimmer but be heavier, so you know in your head…then you think ‘ok I might weigh a bit more’ but when you see it numbers go up you are like ‘ohhhh noooooo’. But then look at your pictures and you see that you getting leaner – this is what Kelly always says – and it’s true. Being one of the fitsisters is a great experience and the support you get is amazing. You are part of The Group and all the girlies (secret Facebook group) are sooo nice and encouraging, so I definitely will continue my adventure with Fitsisters and can’t wait to see where it’s going to take me next”

“So this is my second time round with Stephanie as my online coach. The first was around March 2016 when I was in the wrong mindset and didn’t have a clear goal. I decided to take time out and heal parts of my life before coming back to training. Even when I wasn’t a client of Stephanie’s she gave me support and advice when I needed it…of course I was going to come back! So what exactly do you get being part of the fittsisters family? Not only do you get amazing training and nutritional plans, but as a person you get to feel like you are worth something.

Training is a lifestyle and I feel as if fittsisters recognises this and therefore it isn’t just the cookie cutter things you’d usually get from the million companies doing this. I can talk to Stephanie about any aspect of this lifestyle, my life and know that if she can give the advice or support then she will. I have complete trust that when she is writing my plans or replying to my erratic emails that she really is doing the best she can to attend to me and what i need as an individual, not just someone paying money. “I first met Kelly when she gave me my induction at David Lloyd gym. Before and during that session I didn’t really know or care about anything fitness related. But from then on I have slowly changed most aspects of my life to make myself look and feel a lot more healthy. I think this is down to the sheer passion and drive that Kelly has to help her clients succeed. With Kelly, she’s not just a personal trainer, she is always at the other end of an email so her help isn’t limited to just your 1 to 1 session. She also introduces you to the brilliant team she has around her.

She has been my personal trainer now for around 6 years and I have achieved things I never thought I would have been able to. Our first target was to regain my general fitness so I could play football again, as Kelly got me that stage so quickly we changed it and changed my target to completing Tough Mudder. After many tough and painful sessions with Kelly I completed Tough Mudder at a very respectable time. Once I managed to recover from that I had the gym bug and this is mostly down to the training of Kelly. Ever since then I have continued to train in the gym and really enjoy it. “I started with the fittsisters programme (with the fab Kelly as my online coach) just over a year ago. Being in the fitness industry I was struggling to gain motivation to train myself and stay on track with my food.

I suffered with a binge eating disorder for many years and just wasn’t getting anywhere with myself mental or physically.
Since joining with Kelly my whole shape has changed, i don’t care about my weight anymore (however I have lost 7kg since I started with her), my body fat has gone from 25% to 18% and I feel mentally and physically amazing!
