BREAKFAST PROTEIN PIZZA!
-1 whole egg/5 egg whites
-chopped up chicken pieces
Mix and pour into pan to make a pancake (can flip it or put under grill to do other side)
-cut up tomato for topping (or anything else you fancy)
-sprinkle with low fat cheese and let it melt.
Voila!!!…your high protein, low carb breakfast pizza!!! Enjoy
